On 28 Dec 2023, we introduced 2FA via SMS/Email across all our platforms as a measure to enhance user account security. After entering your login credentials, an SMS/Email containing a 6-digit one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address, and must be entered within 5 minutes. It will be valid for 90 days, after which re-verification is required.
